The overall aim of the project is to improve the social acceptance of LGBTI people in Bulgaria.<\/p>\n<p>Bilitis is looking for an <strong>External Evaluator<\/strong> to carry out evaluation of the expected results and the outputs of the BrinkItOn Project and deliver mid-term and final reports summarizing the findings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The details about the assignment<\/strong> of the External Evaluator are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tasks:<\/li>\n<li>Develop an Evaluation Methodology<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyse available data<\/li>\n<li>Produce Mid-term Evaluation Report and Recommendations (in English)<\/li>\n<li>Produce a Final Evaluation Report (in English)<\/li>\n<li>Duration:\n<ul>\n<li>For the Mid-term Evaluation Report: June &#8211; July, 2020 (12 working days)<\/li>\n<li>For the Final Evaluation Report: June &#8211; July, 2021 (12 working days)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Further information about the tasks is provided in the <a href=\"https:\/\/bilitis.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/BrinkItOn-External-Evaluator_TOR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Terms of Reference<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements for the applicants:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree or higher in Sociology, Law, Political Science, Cultural Anthropology, or other social sciences discipline<\/li>\n<li>Extensive and demonstrable experience in the field of project evaluation as described in the technical specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive and demonstrable experience in the field of LGBTI rights and human rights.<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in the English language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you consider your professional background and skills appropriate for the above described assignment, please do not hesitate to send your <em>CV<\/em>, including a <em>writing sample in English<\/em> and <em>at least one reference proving track-record of evaluation activities<\/em> to <a href=\"mailto:bilitis@bilitis.org\">bilitis@bilitis.org<\/a> by November 22<sup>th<\/sup>, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Only candidates fulfilling the technical requirements will be contacted for interview.
